Tras el éxito del evento de 2018, el Capítulo de Ingeniería Civil Biomédica (CICB Concepción) en conjunto con el Centro de Alumnos de dicha Carrera les da la bienvenida al XII Congreso Anual de Ingeniería Biomédica (CAIB 2019), que se celebrará en los días 3, 4 y 5 octubre de 2019 en las instalaciones de la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad de Concepción, Chile. Este congreso tiene por objetivo reunir a docentes, profesionales y estudiantes del área de la ingeniería y la salud para presentar, comentar y discutir los trabajos que se encuentran realizando actualmente en el campo tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.

Se invita a estudiantes de pre grado y post grado que estén involucrados en investigación y desarrollo a ser parte del congreso como expositores. Para ser aceptado debe enviar el trabajo en formato Paper IEEE, máximo 4 hojas tamaño carta, antes de la fecha estipulada.
